Accessibility at PDF Workroom

We aim to make navigation, instructions and tool feedback usable with a keyboard, screen readers and mobile devices. Our interface offers a skip link and high-contrast light and dark themes.

What has and has not been verified

We use static markup checks and engineering tests, but a complete independent accessibility audit and full assistive-technology testing have not yet been completed. Not every document tool can produce accessible output.

Document accessibility

OCR and PDF structure diagnostics can help identify issues, but they do not certify PDF/UA conformity, correct reading order, or meaningful alternative text. Complex documents require human review.

Reporting barriers

A dedicated support email address has not been published yet. We will not claim that a support form or inbox is active until it is genuinely configured.
